A space to talk about what’s really going on.

Therapy that makes room for the whole person.

You don’t need a clear reason for therapy. Knowing that something doesn’t feel right can be enough.

You might be struggling with something specific, or simply know that things don't feel quite right. Perhaps you're overwhelmed, anxious or low, dealing with a loss or change, finding relationships difficult, or noticing patterns in your life that you want to understand.

Therapy gives you somewhere to bring all of that. A space to talk openly, explore what's happening for you and begin to understand yourself and your experiences more deeply — without needing to have the answers before you arrive.

How Can I help?

There doesn't have to be one clear reason for coming to therapy. You may be navigating something that has happened, struggling with how you're feeling day to day, or wanting to understand experiences and patterns that have been with you for much longer.

Some of the things we can explore together include:

  • Anxiety, worry & overwhelming feelings

  • Depression & low mood

  • Grief, loss & bereavement

  • Addiction & recovery

  • Neurodiversity

  • Stress & burnout

  • Self-esteem & confidence

  • Relationships & family difficulties

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Life changes & transitions

  • Loneliness & isolation

  • Identity & sense of self

  • Difficult childhood experiences

  • Trauma & difficult past experiences

  • Boundaries & people pleasing

  • Anger & difficult emotions

  • Feeling stuck, lost or disconnected

You don't need a diagnosis or a name for what you're experiencing to come to therapy. Sometimes knowing that something doesn't feel right is enough.

Sessions

Sessions last 50 minutes and can take place either online or in person. There’s no need to prepare or know what you want to talk about beforehand. We can begin with what feels present for you that day. You might bring something specific, return to something we’ve spoken about before, or find that something unexpected comes up.

The time is yours, with space for whatever feels important to you that day.

Practical information

Your first session
Our first session gives us a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you to therapy and experience what it might be like to work together. There is no expectation to commit to ongoing sessions before deciding whether it feels right for you.

How often we meet
Most people choose to meet weekly, particularly when we first begin. We can talk about what feels appropriate for you and review this as our work develops.

How long will I need therapy?
There isn't a set number of sessions. You may come to therapy for a particular period in your life or choose to work together for longer. We can regularly check in on how therapy is feeling for you and how you would like to continue.

Fees
50 minute sessions are £50 online

Online or in person
Sessions are available online across the UK and in person in Hertfordshire. You can choose the way of meeting that works best for you.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, I ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session fee.
